The University of Haana BA Management is an undergraduate Business Management course. Management is the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling that encompasses human, material, and financial resources in an organizational environment. This course has been designed to enable you to operate successfully in an increasingly complex and demanding business environment. This Management degree course will provide you with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the nature and context of business, the principal management functions, and the skills required for effective management in different organizations. The duration of the program is three years and after passing the course they have further jobs and study scopes.

Accreditation

The University of Haana Business School has specialized international accreditation from the Ghana Accreditation Board. Our teaching provision is also accredited by the Association of Business Schools and the Association of MBAs (AMBA). We have also been awarded accreditation under the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), operated by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). The triple-crown accreditation puts us in the top league of international business schools.

Students can take an elective route in Human Resource Management (HRM) on the MA in Business and Management, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This is the ‘gold standard’ for the profession and provides students with a real competitive advantage if they want to pursue a career in HRM.

Minimum entry requirements: BBB considered for offer if additional requirements met.
Additional requirements: Mathematics A-level at Grade A. Applicants to Mathematics combinations are strongly advised to take Further Mathematics to aid university preparation, but this will not affect an offer. We accept Mathematics and Further Mathematics as two different subjects.
