All tuition fees are made in Ghana Cedis or in  €uro. Fees can be paid by Visa or Mastercard and bank transfer when you enroll online.

Cheque should be sent to the University of Haana.

In all payments, make sure you quote your student number and the reason for the payment.

Money Transfer Advice

To assist us with recognizing your installment please quote your name and student number on the payment reference field. To verify that your payment has been successfully added to your account, you should email/call your Learning Advisor. You could also log into your student account and check it under "My Payment".

Take notice that transfers done outside Germany might subject to bank commission and charges. Please make sure your payment covers these costs or the sum we get from you may be short of what you owe us. Also, be mindful that money transfers typically take a few working days before we receive.

Sponsorship

Assuming your company is paying, our account division will send a receipt direct to your company. As said earlier on, for any questions please contact your Online Learner Advisor.
